 Introductory Consultation
This is the starting point for all our home staging and redesign services.  This hour-long meeting gives us the opportunity to get to know you and your particular situation.  And it gives you the opportunity to get to know what we do, how we work, and how you will benefit from our services.  We will walk through your house together to determine the areas needing attention and then talk about my recommendations for staging services. 

Home Seller Action Plan
This plan is perfect for home sellers who like DIY projects and have a flair for design. The report will detail the work required to bring each area into top selling condition and give my suggestions for successfully staging each room; may include  photos, paint samples, and/or suggestions for accessories.

Staging  Days  
We offer both half-day and full-day staging.  Half-day staging focuses on the main areas of your house – living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom.  With a full day of staging, we are able to include additional areas, such as additional bedrooms, baths, or outside spaces.  Using your furniture and accessories as much as possible,  we will give your house a fresh, updated look and feel. Lots of photos will be taken for your agent’s marketing purposes and I will leave with you with the Home Seller Action Plan described above. 

New Listing or Open House Staging
The best time to stage your home is before it goes on the market and before the first Open House. This service covers two full days of staging designed to give every room in the home those welcoming touches and great first impressions that every buyer is looking for. Lots of photographs will be taken for your agent’s use in marketing. A customized Home Seller Action Plan is included.

Shopping Service
Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way in the successful staging of a room and they are investments in the sale of your home that you can take with you. We work within the home seller’s budget and get professional discounts from many retailers, savings which we pass on to you.

Vacant Home Staging 
Buyers have difficulty imaging themselves living in a home when faced with empty rooms.  We will coordinate the rental of funiture, delivery and pickup, and completely stage the house so that it feels warmer and more welcoming.  Photos of staged rooms will be taken for marketing purposes. redes
