Home Staging is often defined as preparing a house for sale.  But it is more than that.  I like to define it as designing and packaging a house for sale because home staging uses many of the same techniques that advertisers use to sell their products.  Like a savvy advertiser, my home staging design techniques and strategies are used to sell your product – your house – faster and more profitably.

One of my favorite design sayings is “It’s not what you have, but how you use what you have”.  That is the challenge of Home Staging.  I use what you have – your furniture and accessories – and my skills and training to turn your home into a house that is designed to sell.
